Hollenbach Honored with Excellence in Construction Award

Hollenbach Construction, of Boyertown, PA, has recently been honored with an Excellence in Construction Award by The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Eastern Pennsylvania for Health Care Project – Over $2 million. The award was received for Hollenbach’s outstanding work on the Villa at Morlatton Assisted Living Facility in Douglassville, PA. The Villa at Morlatton Assisted Living Facility is the second phase of the Villa at Morlatton Community, located in Douglassville, PA. It is a part of the “age-in-place” concept that is being introduced by the developers.
“Hollenbach Construction met all of their commitments including the quality of the completed building, interior and exterior finishes, and of course the workmanship. From my personal experience with other development projects, I can say it is rare indeed, that owners and developers can say the same about their projects. Hollenbach is also pleased to announce that they have again have been certified as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC), by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Eastern Pennsylvania. This award is a result of Hollenbach’s unwavering commitment to achievement in five areas of corporate responsibility: Quality, Safety, Employee Benefits, Training, and Community Relations and Outreach Activities. Tim Little, President of Hollenbach added; “Each year we strive to receive this certification. We take it very seriously and that is reflected in the results that our company attains both within our projects and our community presence.
