Hollenbach Construction Breaks Ground on The Villa at Fleetwood
Hollenbach Construction, Inc. (www.hollenbach.com), an experienced general contractor and construction manager specializing in senior housing; commercial, industrial & institutional construction services, pre-engineered metal buildings, construction management services and more, announced the recent ground breaking on the Villa at Fleetwood, a three-story, 124-unit congregate-care and assisted-living facility located at the corner of Park Road and 501 Hoch Road in Blandon, PA.

According to Hollenbach sources, The Villa at Fleetwood will feature studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom, month-to-month rental units that will include two meals served daily in the dining room, activities, housekeeping, transportation to local outings and many other amenities.

Hollenbach worked closely with Villa at Maidencreek, LP, a local owner and developer of senior-living projects, in managing and streamlining the land-development and preconstruction processes to get to this point. Through its past experience with senior-living projects, Hollenbach was able to oversee construction costs and recommend cost-effective solutions to any potential problems that arose.

“It is this type of relationship that allows for a seamless handoff between preconstruction and construction, as well as a constant real-time look into the costs of the project which proves to be nothing but a benefit to the owner”, said Timothy Little, President.

This project marks the most recent in a long line of senior-living projects for Hollenbach. Over the past two decades, Hollenbach has solidified its reputation as an expert in the development, preconstruction and construction of senior-living projects and construction projects as a whole.

Jason Nix, Hollenbach’s Director of Business Development stated, “As a company, we pride ourselves on being able to offer services which greatly outweigh those of our competitors. In a marketplace as challenging as what we have seen lately, we strive to set ourselves apart. We believe that what we bring to the table in terms of planning, development and preconstruction services does just that.”

The Villa at Fleetwood has a planned 11-month construction schedule and is expected to open in July of 2011.

Since 1968, Hollenbach’s success has covered a wide range of project types and complexities including commercial, industrial and institutional. The company offers construction management, general contracting, design/build and development services to fit a wide range of needs including additions, renovations, and restorations to existing structures as well as new construction multi-million dollar facilities.
