Penn State University

  • Project: Penn State University – Franco Building
  • Completed: December 2002
  • Location: Penn State University, Berks Campus, Reading, PA
  • Architect: Atkin, Olshin, Lawson-Bell
  • Project Information: This one-story 10,000 square foot addition provides office space, a tutoring center and tutoring rooms, classrooms and an outdoor amphitheater along the main entrance to Penn State University’s Berks Campus. Building materials consist of a combination of split face and ground face masonry, exposed structural steel, bluestone, aluminum curtain wall and projecting solar control shading devices.

Ursinus College Renovations

  • Project: Ursinus College Renovations
  • Completed: August 2006 / 2008 / 2009
  • Location: 785 E. Main Street, Collegeville, PA
  • Architect: Lee Architectural Associates
  • Project Information: Three phase renovations of the Beardwood, Paisley and Stauffer Dormitory restroom facilities. Construction included complete removal of the old piping systems and replacement with a new system.

Quakertown Community School District

  • Project: Quakertown Community School District - Freshman Center
  • Completed: July 2005
  • Location: 349 South 9th Street, Quakertown, PA
  • Architect: Diseroad, Wolff, Kelly, Clough & Bucher
  • Project Information: Includes a 10,000 square foot addition for a new cafeteria and kitchen along with renovations to the entire 40,000 square foot existing school.

Ursinus College

  • Project: Ursinus College – Bookstore Addition
  • Location: Collegeville, PA
  • Architect: KSS Architects
  • Project Information: Two story bookstore addition to Wismer Hall with mailroom, student lounge and new elevator.

Goddard School

  • Project: Goddard Early Learning Center
  • Location: East High Street & First Avenue, Pottstown, PA
  • Architect: J & L Associates
  • Project Information: The Goddard School for early childhood education, consisting of a 6,156 square foot facility, containing six classrooms, exploration room, art room, growth motor room, and private offices. The facility handles children from six weeks old to five years.
