  • Project Information: This new 128,715 square foot senior independent and assisted living facility will have a total of 123 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The facility will include two dining rooms, pub, community room, beauty salon, doctors' office, exercise room, theater, workshop and multiple lounge areas. Construction consists of masonry bearing walls and concrete plank floor and roof.

  • Project Information: New 22,912 square foot building for use as a body shop and detail facility. Body shop construction to be pre-engineered metal building while the administration area will be conventional steel framing with split face block exterior walls.

Eastern Die Cutting

  • Architect: Systems Design Engineering, Inc.
  • Project Information: 13,875 square foot warehouse addition to a 10,000 square foot printing and cutting facility. The warehouse will have a shipping dock utilizing 3 overhead doors and concrete apron for truck traffic. There is extensive sitework due to steep slopes, four "Rain Gardens" for storm water recharge, underground storm water storage, truck turn-around to access dock and asphalt parking for 20 vehicles.
