Walnut Woods is a 112 bed independent living facility constructed of a masonry wall bearing-precast plank structural framing system. The 105,000 square foot facility is three stories and has an on-site manager's apartment, offices, full service kitchen and dining facilities, a private guest dining room, beauty salon, crafts room, library and numerous lounge areas with a fireplace and grand piano on the first floor lounge.
